EBF.CONNECTOR enables managers, project managers or field sales staff to access company data and different backend applications like SAP, Oracle and MS Exchange via their mobile end devices – worldwide, securely and in real time.

Are you familiar with those difficult situations when you’re out of the office and urgently need access to current data such as sales figures, staff capacities, client or patient files, stock levels or viewing figures but your contact at headquarters is not available? With the EBF.CONNECTOR you won’t have these problems. With one click you will have an overview of the business data important to you. You can retrieve and edit files at any time. Cost-intensive and time-consuming coordination processes among employees are no longer necessary, contributing to the optimization of processes, for example between field staff and office staff. Another result is that laptops will play less of an important role when you are visiting clients.

Features:

Complete Re-Design

With the new EBF.CONNECTOR we are presenting you with a complete re-design of our successful client-server solution.
We have also given it multi-client capability and made it Cloud-compatible and, as far as corporate design and available apps are concerned, we can configure it for you individually.

No need for development measures on mobile end devices
The integration of our software into the existing IT infrastructure of your company is web-based and, due to the comfortable central administration, absolutely user-friendly. Any other programming of the corresponding mobile end devices is not required. Further examples of use of the “mobile office” are the automatic synchronization of different calendar systems like team or function calendars, plus the mobilization of authorization procedures from SAP, Lotus Notes or other CRM systems and the extension of the software with the so-called Repligo integrations, which enable the correct display of file attachments like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF files on the different end devices without any problems.

EBF.CONNECTOR allows the use of multiple inboxes and the use of public folders and thereby direct access to SAP, Lotus Notes or Oracle data.
